    The breakfast at the hotel was very good for a coffee out of the coffee machine. The location was amazing close to almost everything you need. Besides, we were really close to other activities, and lake and sights.

    A strong odor from the pipes needs addressing!!! Earplugs are nice, but it's not ideal to be awakened at 8am!!!

    Assist with any requests. The hotel's atmosphere was also good, and I especially appreciated the rooftop pool on warm days. The gym felt a bit cramped for larger groups.

    Just a fine choice for a city escape in Hanoi with excellent value for money. The rooftop pool is fantastic. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.

    Comfortable room, excellent service, and free wi-fi made my stay enjoyable, as the attentive staff promptly resolved my AC issue and assisted me in securing a taxi back to Halong within minutes.

    The location was magnificent and amazing for Hanoi, right by the old quarter, cafes, and Old Town. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in. I didn't feel like leaving, so strongly recommend this hotel.

    We had a brilliant stay in Hanoi. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and stylish with a balcony.The vibe here was special.The location was amazing, just a short walk away from an old imperial citadel.
